Our Four Principles

We've built our brand on the four fitness principles of rest, nutrition, strength and cardio. We believe in order to be holistically fit, you must have a program consistent with the application of all four. And this is exactly what we do for our clients. We help them program these principles into their busy lives with consistency so they can achieve their health and fitness goals.

REST

Rest sets the framework for everything. If we are sleep deprived, overtrained, overworked or overwhelmed, this can lead to fatigue, loss of motivation, potential injuries and lack of adherence to your overall goals. This being said, we put careful emphasis on getting quality sleep and making sure you exercise effectively and efficiently to avoid overtraining. And we encourage rejuvenating practices like meditation, yoga and massage therapy to name a few.

2

NUTRITION

We understand how important good nutrition and a quality diet is to any fitness program worth its salt. So we place a strong emphasis on quality eating by educating you on of how to eat for your specific goals. Then we have you track what you eat so we can monitor and keep you accountable to these goals. We encourage you to look at nutrition as fuel, not just food. When you make this shift it changes everything.

3

STRENGTH

You can’t out-diet bad training. So we offer a versatile approach to strength training that prioritizes form-integrity, while integrating a variety of training concepts to create a stronger physique with better posture, increased cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Wether your goal is to tone, gain muscle, lose weight, rehab or improve your overall posture and performance, our strength sessions and designed exercise programs are tailored for you based on your goals.

4

CARDIO

Cardio burns fat, sheds weight, increases your energy, overall performance and internal health and function. So we ensure you get your cardio in, wether integrated within your strength sessions designed to keep you in the cardio zone, or holding you accountable to doing your own cardio of choice on your own. We determine the cardio that's right for you and get you moving.
